As a designer on the Developer Platform team, I design for two distinct types of users:

• Sellers, the business owners who use Square and our ecosystem of third-party integrations to power their businesses.
• Developers, either as companies or independent developers who build their businesses using Square’s APIs and SDKs.

• Designed highest-usage assets and growth features for Snapchat’s 7 million premium tier subscribers. Collaborated with Snapchat’s design systems team, art directors, creative producers, and Bitmoji artists.
• Designed for Cruise’s in-car tablet experience in collaboration with in-house product designers, including 3D environment visualizations and 3D design system. Collaborate with engineers for 3D implementation and performance optimization.
• Designed gamification assets for apps used by millions, like Nike Run Club and Meta’s Metaverse.

• Led product design for RepairPal’s B2C and B2B product ecosystems, collaborating with product managers, engineering teams, researchers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Managed full design process end-to-end, including research, discovery, low-fidelity wireframes, visual design, developer handoff, QA, and go-to-market.
• Led implementation of company’s first design system.
• Scaled design team from 1 to 7 designers; collaborated with, managed, and coached junior designers in product, brand, motion, design systems.
